Exercise compliance at follow-up (at about 6 weeks after the initial assessment) was 71 %, with an increase in exercise levels (from a mean of 4 to over 10 metabolic equivalent-hours/week, at baseline and follow-up respectively) which was associated with a decrease in fatigue. Factors associated with non-compliance of exercise included previous pathological fracture, spinal cord compression, and radiotherapy suggesting these groups may require additional supervision to improve exercise compliance.

Shortcuts are compiled by Jason Boland

Support Care Cancer. 2015 Mar 6.
