About
The Medical Humanities blog works in tandem with the leading international journal Medical Humanities, providing a place for succinct scholarly interventions into the conversation around medicine, as practice and philosophy, as it engages with humanities and arts, social sciences, health policy, medical education, patient experience and the public at large. The blog showcases Medical Humanities articles, provides book reviews, and intervenes in current or unfolding issues in medical humanities through submissions which are subject to rigorous editorial review. We have a Global Health correspondent and a Film and Media correspondent who promote critical conversation in these particular areas.
