The test uses information from patient&#8217;s electronic health records and can also be used by the public online (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.qdscore.org\/\">http:\/\/www.qdscore.org\/<\/a>).<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>A row has blown up over a JAMA author\u2019s undeclared competing interests. This omission was pointed out in a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bmj.com\/cgi\/eletters\/338\/feb05_1\/b463#208503\">BMJ rapid response<\/a>.
