Maybe, but I wish I hadn&#8217;t done it. But why hasn&#8217;t the internal market been more of an issue, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bmj.com\/content\/350\/bmj.h2296\/rr\">asks Sarah Evans, a GP principal from Bedfordshire in a response<\/a> to <em>The BMJ<\/em>&#8216;s <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bmj.com\/content\/350\/bmj.h2296\">letter to the next health secretary<\/a>. &#8220;The major drain on current NHS resources is the administrative and information overhead of the internal market. . . CCGs are beset by too many decision makers with few available to write detailed tenders or develop models for delivering change.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2022\u00a0Improvement comes in &#8220;increments,&#8221; not breakthroughs, for patients with chronic fatigue syndrome<\/strong><br \/>\nThere hasn&#8217;t been too much good news for patients with CFS. Several notable &#8220;breakthroughs&#8221; have failed independent replication.
