And it is indeed a case of back to the FUTURE \u2013 the vaccine shows protection against new high-grade vulval and vaginal lesions when given before, but not after, infection.<!--more--><br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.thelancet.com\/journals\/lancet\/article\/PIIS0140673607605340\/abstract\"><br \/>\nThis report from the One Million Women Study<\/a> was much publicised when it appeared on-line: it confidently asserts that hormone replacement therapy is associated with a higher risk of ovarian cancer.
