Using a formal consensus-based approach, contributors developed this document primarily for use by a spectrum of Sports Medicine (recreational, elite or professional) physicians and healthcare professionals.<\/p>\n<p>Remember that <span style=\"color: #008000\">BJSM<\/span> is the only place to find the <a href=\"http:\/\/bjsm.bmj.com\/content\/47\/5.toc\">12 systematic reviews<\/a> that support the consensus statement.
