In December 2008, we included <strong>Paul Hodges\u2019<\/strong> summary of a decade of work,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/bjsm.bmj.com\/content\/42\/12\/941.full?sid=48674fce-1d1e-4374-a712-2ec75006a6bd\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Transversus abdominis: a different view of the elephant<\/strong><\/a>,\u00a0and this paper topped the page views for some months.  At the same time as Professor Hodges work has gained international traction, there are those who argue that the work is not a panacea for all forms of back pain in all patients at all times (and we are sure Prof. Hodges would agree). We\u2019ll ask him for his comments on the recent controversy and in the meantime see <a href=\"http:\/\/noinotes.blogspot.com\/2010\/09\/noi-notes-on-dodo-in-rehabilitation.html\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>David Butler\u2019s team\u2019s take<\/strong><\/a>.
