There are some list-serves that provide this function and we hope that this blog might do the same thing. Feel free to\u00a0submit difficult cases, and invite submissions from the readership to assist with patient management.<\/p>\n<p>As a starter example, consider the case of\u00a0a patient\u00a0presenting to a sports medicine office with a past history of craniotomy for tumour, and insertion ventriculo-peritoneal shunt.
