It\u2019s free!<\/p>\n<p>And in the blizzard of great free stuff on the internet it is easy to miss gems like the <a href=\"http:\/\/podcasts.bmj.com\/bjsm\/feed\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>BJSM podcasts<\/strong><\/a> \u2013 there are about 15 interviews with leaders in sports medicine ranging across fields from ACL injuries and concussion to \u2018exercise is medicine\u2019.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/podcasts.bmj.com\/bjsm\/?s=ACL&amp;x=0&amp;y=0\" target=\"_blank\">The ACL series<\/a> is particularly strong \u2013 hear from Engebretsen, Hewett and also the Scandinavian team who published in the NEJM last year \u2013 3 different podcasts!<\/p>\n<p>Paul McCrory walks you through the <a href=\"http:\/\/bjsm.bmj.com\/content\/43\/Suppl_1\/i76.full\" target=\"_blank\">Zurich concussion consensus meeting<\/a> \u2013 with <a href=\"http:\/\/podcasts.bmj.com\/bjsm\/?s=Paul+McCrory&amp;x=9&amp;y=3\" target=\"_blank\">3 different podcasts<\/a> customized to your level of experience.<\/p>\n<p>And folks travel across the world to hear Stephen Blair explain why fit is more important than \u2018thin\u2019 \u2013 in a nutshell you need to exercise for health but carrying a few pounds is not a major health problem (other than for arthritis).
